Missing a bolt hole?

REF: https://www.partzilla.com/catalog/ka...cowling-lowers

Looking at bolt (part #: 92151) at the bottom of the side cowling, it looks like it is screwed into a screw-hole on the frame?

Mine has broken off. Any solution for this?

Look closely at hole in frame with bright torche. Can you see through hole? Or is broken bolt stuck in there?

If there's enough sticking out, you can grab it with vice-grips and twist it out?

Then get any 6x1mm bolt to replace. I like to add large washer between bolt and bodywork to press firmly without cutting through bodywork.

Oh, I was not clear.
I meant to say that the female of where the bolt was supposed to screw in broke off from the frame, I think.

Based on the diagram, it looks as if the large bolt at the bottom is bolted to the frame.

Simple enough to braze or weld that bracket back on.

What I would do is get angle bracket. Weld nut to it. Then weld bracket to frame.
Home Depot - angle bracket

As with anything else, measure twice, cut once.
