Sad day, dropped carbs

So I just got my carbs back from ducatiman for service. I set them down on the table and turned around to adjust something on the bike and they fell off. Didn't think anything of it.

When I went to install the throttle cable it went fine but the throttle return cable tabs bent. Also, when I turn the butterflies by hand I hear a loud clicking noise now.

Pic down below.

Should I bend the part back and not worry? I also can't find the part in the Kawasaki parts diagrams. Anyone have a part number for it?

just to confirm, the cable holder bracket, held on by 1 screw is the subject.

The screw is 4mm allen head. There is blue (medium strength) loctite on threads, I opt to use blue, factory uses nasty RED, but should be removable using the proper size allen.

Remove, rebend as necessary, check throttle plates for snap shut closing. Retighten that allen screw, locking agent recommended.

Assure no other affected parts interfering with throttle action. Worst case...i'm at your service. Email, PM whatever if you desire.

You bent the cable-stop?
As ducatiman mentioned, unbolt it from carb-bodies.
Clamp in vise as necessary and bend back gradually until they are straight.
re-attach to carbs.

It wasn't the throttle cable bracket (part# 11044-1353 on diagram) it was where the end of the cable hooks onto the throttle return spring bracket. I still followed your advice and bent it slightly back into alignment.

When I got everything buttoned up with the stock airbox on I couldn't turn the throttle all the way, shifted the carbs up and down, air box up and down, finally got everything to settle happy.

Throttle cable adjustment on handle bar reset all the way in, cables on carb bracket used to set 2.5mm throttle free play. After I was done noticed how little i had left at the bottom of the cable, need to order new ones sooner rather than later.

Throttle snaps back perfectly on it's own with no binding what so ever.
