New blinkers, did all the wiring but confused with load independent relay flasher

I have a 2012 Kawi ninja ex250, took off the stock blinker lights and put on some aftermarket lights. The rate of flash is off it depends on the speed because I have a load dependent flasher. How do I find a load independent relay flasher that works for a ninja 250? Sorry if this is a bad question google hasn't been very helpful. Thanks y'all.

It sounds like you need the diode mod, along with the correct relay (EP34 is supposedly the current winner, looks to be $12 on Amazon).
