Harley Exhaust 4 ur 250
A buddy gave me his stock cans from a 2007 Harley Nightster. After holding them up to the side, I thought they would be great. So I cut my stock cans off and bought an adapter at Advance Auto Parts. Did a little prep work to the HD mufflers (grinding and cutting the mounting bungs off and cutting down the inlet) then just welded them to the stock head pipes. You can use the stock cone to cover the adapter and a few 6" hose clamps to attach the stock mount to the muffler and bolt it to the pass peg ass.

I'll have a clip posted in August. I'm a truck driver and don't get home much. But when I get home, i'll take a vid and post it.

very nice mods you got there. Very creative! I knew it looked different but it took me a while to notice everything. You notice any performance difference with the can?
