Another stuck gas cap! HELP! :)

Yep guys, another post about a stuck gas cap. I feel like I've tried everything and I just cannot get it open. I've taken it to two locksmiths and consulted my local Kawasaki dealer with nothing! I've BATHED this thing in lubricants and it will just not go. The key goes about halfway around until gets to the little dot in the middle of the arrow but won't go any further. I'm on the verge of just drilling the thing out. Any ideas?
I've looked at other posts and tried to do what they recommend but nothing is working.

Be sure to press the cap down as you turn the key, The corroded sticking point is down in the latch part not the key. And, animal as it sounds, whack the cap with the ball of your fist a few times before trying again.
When you do get it open (you will eventually

) take out the last screw which is under the cap and throw it away. That way you can always remove a stuck cap with the allen screws if it sticks again
Last resort: If you have another bike to compare it to you could drill the cap right above the "security screw" and undo it through the hole (hand drill obviously to avoid sparks)

and if...when you get it open strip down the cap and grease it up good so it doesnt happen again.
