Unhappy Car Plows Into Police Bikers

Link to original page on YouTube.

One of the youtube comments states that they were on the wrong side of the road. It still doesn't justify that crazy driving. No idea how a driver could accidentally do that... except maybe if they were on drugs... or a mobile phone... or they selectively didn't see the bikers (SMIDSY)... um... sadly I guess I can imagine how this can happen.

I guess the only thing you could do in that scenario to get out the way quick enough, would be to jerk the bars fully in one direction sending the bike and you in the other. Then run, jump, skip and flail your way out of there as fast as you can.

Agreed, why would they be flying up to a gate like that whether they knew it was opening or not...

Doesn't look like the car ever applied the brakes, except for after they were 20 feet past the guy rolling off their windshield.

I fully expect them to be throwing their own poo at one another inside of six months.

Driver was looking at the gate and not through it. I know cops may be in a hurry, but that's one risk I never would have taken, especially knowing that people may be in a hurry to leave the very situation I am responding to and may be willing to deliberately run me over to do so.

That one dude tried to walk it off....

Maybe he'll fasten his helmet next time. Anyone else see it go flying off? Damn though, that sucks....

Initially I thought the cops may be responding to a call and the blue car was the getaway car. Then the blue car stopped after impact.

Maybe the cops kicked the car earlier in the day. That is justified running you over down there.
