Oh definitely, one of the biggest bikes I know of is the 8300 CC Dodge Tomahawk.

But it's not a V8, it's a V10.

Oh please, sure it shares some control characteristics with a motorcycle, but a motorcycle it is not. That, my friend, is a very very skinny one seat car that you straddle. It has 4 wheels. Not two. So nyah.

Re: My 74 CB550

Every old guy on a harley has had one, or similar, like the 750. (and one even went through like 6 of em).

Because it kinda looks like an older cruiser, I actually had someone ask where the other cylinder was (it's an i4, so if you were looking for a v twin, you'd only see one cylinder).

"Damn that thing smokes like my dad!" This was when I was sitting in traffic and I still had several oil leaks, and they were all burning off in a smoky cloud.

You better be mindful of those tuner cars. People who know what the hell they're doing can build those things fast enough to give my supersport a run for its money. It's not hard to take a POS Civic and drop a B18C1/C5, B16A, or H22A motor into those things. They are light to begin with and any of those engines effectively doubles the HP. A bit more work to add some boost and you can have fairly reliable 400 HP daily drivers.

Take into account the K-series motors from the RSX Type S and TSX and then you get even more power and reliabilty with less effort.

Not trying to start anything, just remember, when it comes to a straight line, you are ONLY on a 250.

Its only an NA. I know exactly what they are capable of and I know exactly what the 250 is. I come from a car tuning background.

I specifically specified it was NA.... also idk anyone who has put an H22 in a civic... ive seen in an integra but even thats rare. the h22 is such a heavy motor most just put in the b18

and they are only in an FWD naturally aspirated civic... lol

There are a few H22 Civics out there, but yes, it was generally a swap done with th Integra chassis. And yes, I agree, the B18 is the best of those motors, but the K's outdo them all.

Glad to know you are informed of that particular crowd. Some people aren't. And for what it's worth, I know for a fact that MY old 250 with ME on it couldn't beat MY 2007 GTI with my ex-wife driving it. I lunged and had a very slight lead to 50, and then she flew by me like I was standing still.

word but how much is a k20 as opposed to a b18 Ive also heard they are quite a bit heavier so you lose some of the advantage of the extra HP.. But I have not witnessed it. I turboed b18 civic will spank sports cars in a straight line at a roll. haha

115 HP?

sure it could beat it in a mile long race... shoot my corolla could beat the 250 in a mile race thats because it has a higher top speed. but in 1/4 mile or 1/8 mile? which is what I would race the kid in.... no chance. Your Cabrio would also not have a chance unless you have NOS and a quick spooling turbo or supercharger.
