bike got knocked over looking for parts

I was going to ride my bike today and found two turn signal covers on my seat (the person was nice enough to pick up the pieces...), I check on the right side of my bike and see both the front and rear signals busted, the fairing cracked, handlebars and exhaust scratched up. It was dark out so didn't get to fully access the damage, the bike does start and run. Anyone know what to do, file police report, contact insurance? What do I check to make sure its safe to ride?

If any forum members can help out with parts it would be greatly appreciated.

2x turn singals - just looking for the housing (Black and clear plastic part)
red right fairing - broken tabs are fine

I will try to post picture of the damage tomorrow.
