im assuming you own or run hp powdercoating? is the $110 price listed for ceramic coating a bike header just for the outside or outside and inside? what colors do you have avaliable? and bottom line is how much to do a header for a 4 cyl bike inside and out?
awesome job on the bike. i do my own powdercoating and looks like you guys do an awesome job. i need a bigger oven to do frames and such but dang their expensive. |

Ceramic coating...
Yes all the colors i listed are 2000-Deg rated Ceramic coating except the chrome, its rated to around 1600-deg...
BTW... The muffler/Can and Brackets only Require Powder coating Because the regular Powder will hold up Fine.... Only the Header & Mid pipe Require Ceramic coating...

Very clean.
Well done. Much appreciation for attention to detail. Not quite to that level of modding and restoration myself but would be cool to be able to do such good work. See? 2003 bikes are way sexy.

What did the whole project cost you? Regardless you now have a very unique m/c that is all your own.

Bike Price...
Quote:
Well lets see: $3000 Original purchase price for the Bike.. $2400 For Paint, Swap & New aftermarket Parts.. ---------------------------------------------- $5400.00 -$750.00 Money recouped selling stock Parts.. ----------------------------------- Total $4650 I didn't include the cost of all the Powder Coating because i did all that myself.. But if i did all that for someone else you can ad about $1000-$1200 to the Total...
