Mechanical lien

I'm looking into buying a motorycle with a mechanical lien, is it worth it? Any experience with it? Is it a lot of trouble?

bad idea, never buy anything with a secondary lien on it.

Current owner should settle lien before you consider buying it.

The shop has to take ownership before they can sell it to you. Once they become the legal owner. The it can be sold. The lein is to try to get payment from the owner.
