No need for pod filters as they won't flow any better than best-flowing airbox in market. Ninjette's airbox and filter is as large as those on my CBR600RR with 4x power. If you measure, you'll actually have a reduction in surface area with pod filters compared to stock. In any case, pod filters don't gain any flow, but will cause stumbling in cross-winds.

Start with stock 38 pilots and 105 mains with washer under slide needle to enrich mid-range and that should be perfectly spot-on.

I actually want the pod filters not for power, but for ease of use. I can’t get the stock air box to stay on the carbs. They just vibrate off over time. I can’t stand it at all lol

There's two bolts that ho!d airbox to frame.
I've actually retrofitted round spring-clamps from pre-gen to my new-gen so I can pull off carbs quicker.
