Saw one couple weeks ago on ride to South Mountain. He's coming out to track next month, we'll see how it performs. A little heavy...

Too bad they couldn't keep alloy frame from previous generation. Overall this was 25-lbs lighter!

I'm interested to hear how it does. I bought a 650, but this was definitely a contender.

It looked encouraging - until you look at the frame.

The frame looks like a standard Ninja 400 frame. Welded-on tail section too.

Pass...

It's definitely got quite a few differences from the EX400. It seems to have a lot that's similar to the ZX-6R, but it's definitely not the exact same parts either. Like a mashup of both of them.

saw one of these at the track last time I was there, really made me want one lol. Definitely moved better than a 400 who was also on track with it, similar speed to the SVs there

Still looks too much like a vintage Ninja 250 frame.

They have upgraded everything over the years except the frame.
