$49 AFM race all weekend for NRS Track day Partner graduates!

This was just posted by the AFM on another forum so I thought I would share. Pretty smoking deal if you have never raced and want to. Pretty sure this one will get under Zombie's skin like the last one. My apologies for cross forum posting, etc. but it's a great deal for anyone in California that was thinking about racing!
================================================

New Racer Students (NRS), hit the racing scene in Northern California ALL WEEKEND LONG for $49!!!! The AFM's first program of in-house NRS was a $99 blowout success, gifting all NRS graduates an AFM license, NRS school, weekend transponder rental, and all Saturday races. To follow that up, while giving our valued and trusted Track day Partners a program more worthy than our own, the AFM developed the $49, Race All Weekend Long, program for NRS graduates from one of our three track day partners, Keigwins at the Track, Pacific Track Time, and Zoom Zoom Track Days. The qualifications are simple:

Attend an NRS school at one of the three AFM track day partners
Graduate from said NRS school
Enter the next race event with the AFM
Pay $49
Show up and DOMINATE!

For more details, and plenty of questions answered, email afm@afmracing.com. A few questions answered:

"I took NRS in June. Can I take advantage of the program?"

YES! If you haven't raced yet with the AFM, you can take advantage of the program, so long as you passed the school.

"What were those Track day Partners again? Why would I want to use them instead of the AFM's school?"

The AFM's Track Day Providers have been instructing AFM NRS students for the better part of the last decade. They are the club's primary producer of new racers and until the $99 AFM NRS program, were the club's only producer of new racers. Each one has their own unique flavor and approach to instruction and each one is able to dedicate considerable time, staff and personal instruction to a student. The environment is a bit more relaxed, not taking place on a race weekend and refined, with near a decade in NRS experience for each provider. Schools are taught by experienced current and past racers from club racers to AMA pro racers. Getting an NRS license at one of the club's TD providers while having the benefit of quality track day experience, is an environment suited to learning. Racing for $49 for your first whole weekend…that's the cookie crumble on top!

"Is a transponder included like the $99 deal?"

NO. A transponder will need to be rented from the AFM or borrowed, bought or…borrowed (and returned!).

"Do I have to have my bike race prepped?"

Heck yeah. But there's plenty of people that can help and shops that will as well. Mach 1, a club sponsor has a deal on race prep through the $99 program. Call them for cheap prep! http://www.mach1motorsports.com

"How do I register? How will you know I'm qualified for the deal?"

We have a list (well actually, entry does) of all the NRS graduates. If you enter online, the charges will be adjusted after the event and BEFORE you are charged. The fees will show as normal when you enter, but these are NOT the fees you will charged. We're simply unable to change our system to reflect this in short notice.

"Is a license included in the deal"

YES. You need to be a licensed racer to race with us, either member or reciprocity and we sure would like more AFM'ers in the world, so..here's your license. Don't lose it. They're worth a mint.

"Can I combine this with any other coupon?"

NO. Not this time…if you have a "bring a friend" deal, or any other of our wacky (and not well known) coupons, use them up…just do it the NEXT time!

"I joined this season as an NRS graduate, but already have my license and raced. Can I get a deal like this?"

Not yet. We'll be talking in the off season on what to do for regular members, but please don't lose sight. We're building our club to have more people to take beatings from and to beat! We will be working to show our appreciation to our current members in 2014…we just ran out of months here!

"I'm confused. Where do I ask questions? Who do I talk to? What do I do?"

Email afm@afmracing.org. Ask your questions away. Or use an online source to ask, our Facebook page, our NEW WEBSITE http://www.afmracing.com or BARF's forums http://www.bayarearidersforum.com

Visit our Club Sponsors too and ask them about AFM discounts!

I just signed off on two new AFM licenses for 250 riders last Monday. They are getting a great deal on their first race weekend!

Hell yeah! I'll be at Thunderhill! $50 is hard to pass up! I still have to pay licence fees though right?

Wesley, to take advantage of this offer, you have to have done the NRS with one of our track day providers Kiegwins @ The Track, Pacific Track Time, or Z2 Track Days.

The $99 deal is where you take the NRS with the AFM. If that makes it clearer?
