A general purpose cleaner like Simple Green, Greased Lightning and even Dawn w/hot water will work fine. Spray it on let it soak for a minute, scrub gently with a very soft bristle brush (be careful not to bend any fins, also a go time to straighten any that are bent). Rinse well.

I usually use a toothpick and a Q-tip and go through each fin to make sure it is spotless!

^wow. I wish I had that patience. I just soaped it up with dawn and rinsed it out. got a lot of dust out. it's not shinny, but it's mostly clean.

Don't blast with any pressure as you will damage it!
Actually thats also true for the rest of your bike, better to just get water on things without blasting. One of the times (the only time) I am glad my well has lower water pressure. |

wow that's some dirty radiator. I would soak it with some type of cleaning agent/solvent....then gently brush it with something soft (like a used tooth brush)...radiator is small so should take long...then flip the radiator around and flush water from the back side with a garden hose or something...
straigthen out the bent fins with a small pair of pliers. |
