That old bald headed buzzard is from my old neighborhood in New York. My best friend's older brother, Howie, and Billy were in a few bands together (the Lost Souls, Commandos, The Hassles, and El Primo) and we used to be able to hang out with them. Howie and Billy have taken my buddy, Larry, and I sledging at Bethpage and to Jones Beach many times (that's how young we were). The first live band I ever saw was The Lost Souls at Levittown Hall. I still remember them doing "Shout" by the Isley Brothers. Billy rocked that tune.
Last time I saw Billy was at Bridgehampton Race Track. I was racing and he showed up to watch.
