'86 Rebuild: Where does this stuff go?

Long story short, I took apart a 1986 Ninja 250 12 years ago and I'm finally rebuilding it. I have some issues with wiring and bolts I can't figure out what they're for. I've referenced all of the schematics and can't figure out these last bits. I could really use some help here!

1. I have a bracket with a connector and a spring connected to it. Where does this go?

2. These connectors are under the seat near the main ECU. What do they connect to?

3. Bolt on the right side of the engine, immediately to the right of the top engine mount. Is this a ground or something? I can't find whatever connects to it. It's the one in the photo with the glare on it.

#3 is your negative battery cable ground point, if you haven't been able to figure it out yet, I realize this post is a little old now
