Ignition Coil outside of specs

So the manual states:

Standard: Primary windings 2.1 ∼ 3.2 Ω (× 1 Ω)

Secondary windings 10 ∼ 16 kΩ (× 1 kΩ)

I'm at 3.3 for the primary and 19.18 on the secondary (I'm assuming my readings are correct from my cheap Harbor Freight multimeter).

Readings are essentially the same on both sides. Seeing as how I'm out of spec how much is this going to affect the rideability of the bike and should I replace the coils?

Close enough, should be fine.
Is bike running OK?

For low readings, you need to subtract out the resistance of the meter leads. Touch the probes together and wait for the reading to stabilize, and then note it. Then measure a coil, and subtract the noted reading from what's on the display to get the actual resistance.

There's no such trick for the secondary, but if they're near each other, I would assume they're both OK, since it's unlikely that both would fail in such a similar way, at the same time.

Thanks for the replies. Bike is not running ok. Basically getting surges while riding. After trying a series of things I'm looking at the electrical. It seems to be ok. Having difficulty balancing the carbs. I'm back where I started, which is at the carbs.

Surging is almost certainly lean carburetors. Is your airbox system intact and connected without leaks?

Cracked and leaky vacuum hoses can also mess up carbs as well.
