From sea level to 6500ft ish

The bike is tuned w/a "perfect" a/f mixer for sea level. But how bad would it be going up to 6k ft ?

You will have available about 85% of the air that you have at sea level.

As these CV carburetors meter fuel based on air flow and vacuum, they are somewhat altitude compensating.
