Does the challenge have to be nuclear or just a power plant?

I think he was just saying that they can be found at other plants too, not necessarily just nuclear. They're often mistaken for smoke stacks, ironically enough, by environmentalists who you'd think would be more educated on the subject. They're used at fossil fuel plants too (coal, fuel oil & natural gas) to cool boiler feed water (steam condensate) closed cooling water systems for boiler circ fans, turbine lube oil cooling, h2 coolers, etc.

LOL well... it takes me a few weeks to fill up... 56mpg and I only ride 4 miles a day. I think I last filled up over a week ago and still 3/4 full lol. I'll go top off... pic incoming in a few minutes.

Well that would be no fun. There are 2 nice curves on the way to campus. Those So Cali summers are completely unbearable if you ride a bike or walk. I used to walk to campus and after a month of triple digits I opted for the motorcycle. Anyways the pic:
