Anybody have Virgin Mobile?

What the title says. My AT&T contract is up and I want to get a fancy smartphone. And since Virgin Mobile has the cheapest data plan and decent phones, I am interested.

Just curious if anybody has complaints? If so, let me hear.

I am looking at getting the HTC EVO V 4G.

Haha, exactly. Actually I am still on my moms family plan. So it's more like 30 bucks for me. But I want to get my own phone and plan.

And since Virgin mobile has unlimited data, texts and 300min for $35 bucks. Well, that is a hard deal to pass up.

Coverage looks good in my area. Virgin uses the Sprint network, but unfortunately they don't offer 4G in the Memphis area. So I'd be using their slower 3G which when compared to AT&T is apparently slower from what I have read online. Right now, I don't even have a smartphone. So really anything I get will be an upgrade. I used to have an iPhone 3G but I decided to drown it in the ocean in 2010. That phone deserved it though, after I updated the software on it when the 3Gs came out it ruined that phone. I have been using a gophone ever since. It can call, text, and barely surf the web. It doesn't even have 3G. So I needz me a smartphone! And Virgin Mobile looks great on paper.

This is why I was hoping someone on this forum could give me their opinion. Anybody?????

I don't think anyone uses virgin

How come you want to switch from AT&T when it only costs $30/mo for (lets be honest here) a much superior network?

I mean ****, you can buy a google nexus 4 for $300 no contract and pop in your AT&T sim card and have better service for the same price.

I'm starting to think that too.

Idk. It just seems like a good deal, but I guess it really isn't any better. For me at least.
