I love it! A little understanding goes a long way towards resolving things. And this has a nice dose of compassion.

Love this story, we all need some understanding rather than discipline at times!

Awww, how cute! Sometimes I wander around aimlessly on ride and find myself at our family home in Saratoga. Wish my mum was still around.

Really cool!
Years ago, I was dating a girl that had close connections with an autistic boy. Much like the story above, he was insanely crazy STRONG. And and a huge "man" of his size ( he was 12 or 13 ) was easily 6 ft, and 250 maybe 300 lbs. Anyways we had taken him out on Halloween. His costume? A ghost. No joke, a white sheet, with 2 eye holes cut out. He just did not understand, you can't open peoples doors and scream. "THRICK OR THREET!" The cool thing was that most of the neighbors understood, after a a few apologies, and brief explanation. In the end he had new kids to play with. So that was pretty cool. A gentle giant, in the playground, with new friends. |
