yes by the foot all prices are shipped anywhere in the US.
4'x1' ~ $45 4'x2' ~ $60 4'x3`~ $75 4'x4' ~ $90 Ive broke it down in these sizes but it can be pretty much anyway you like ?x? but the sources for finding shipping tubes/boxes to ship the foil will change so that may increase the turn around time. Its really by square footage as well so for instance you wanted a 2'x2' sheet that's the same as the 4x1 foot sheet etc |

Hi I saw this same vinyl somewhere else but it was glossy. Is there a 3m glossy carbon fiber or was that something else I saw?

I dont know if they make a type that is glossy but this stuff and its other colors I believe is not gloss. I would guess unless you saw it on a ebay europe that its not the same stuff. there is no silver color with this vinyl like most carbon fiber copies what creates the pattern is the way the pattern is etched in the vinyl and the light that hits it.

you would need a 2x2.5 foot sheet taking into account that you are careful and dont make any large mistakes.
