So Jason kindly sent me the Parasolid .X_T file (thank you). My printer software understands .STL files so I used a trial version of 3D-Tool to load both sides and save each side out separately in .STL format.

I had to rotate it so I could print it without "support" material. I'm not sure I got the new angle perfect (was doing it by eye) and I only printed it at 50% scale to see if it would work but I think it shows promise...
