Turn Signal Problem

All four signals work perfectly, but when the left side is in use it doesn't cause the turn signal gauge cluster light to activate. It's very odd.

When I bought the bike, it came with aftermarket flush-mount signals. They were installed very poorly (just twisted together and taped) so I went over all the connections and made sure everything was perfect (water sealed and crimped).

Any ideas?? I went over all the wiring again and it looks fine.

Shawn, just noticed this thread, but may be similar issue to this one.

Any idea if the previous owner put LED lights behind the dash as well?
Also, are those aftermarket signals incandescent or LED?

The aftermarket signals are incandescent, but I changed the gauge bulbs for LEDs. I just looked at the thread you linked... do you think the gauge bulb could be the culprit?

Anything about this problem should be discussed in the other thread posted. No need to have two threads about the EXACT same thing
