2008 ninja 250R engine knock

So, riding my ninja one day for a couple of miles, then I went home and parked it. The next day I cranked it up and it sounded normal until I revved it up around 6k-8k it now makes a loud knock. Help please.

Hi Jeff and welcome to Ninjette!

Please take video of your engine knocking close to source of sound. Then post it here. It might sound familiar to someone.

Is the oil level correct? Any time it was low?
