300 engine head

I am working on a 300 engine project with excessive tuning features and while trying to make this head flow better I overdid it... a lot... I don't know how I managed to be so clumsy but I really blew it...literally !!
I almost drilled through one of the exhaust ports and cracked it so badly just an inch before exhaust headers by some vibration of my tool while porting it...
So now I have a clear view of the inside of the water jacket and that head is a throwaway piece of aluminum... took it to any machinist shop that repairs heads... none claims able to do the job reliably...
so only solution is to get another head....the head is from the engine of a friend's almost new bike and I have to pay for the damage...
I need only the head body (i.e. no camshafts, valves, bolts etc) so that I can keep the price as low as possible but if seller is selling it complete, that will do as well...
One issue is that taxing fees for packages from the states are as high as 35% of the product's value and varies also according to weight and size of the package...
I cannot find any engine heads available in Europe and I am having trouble finding any in the ebay as well so I am really desperate for your help !!

I have found some complete engines but I don't believe any of the sellers would split them... so if any of you have something better to suggest or someone who would split an engine to post the head to Greece, I would be REALLY grateful.... bringing in a whole engine would make me bankrupt since taxes would be more than the price of the engine itself and engines from Europe cost as much as $1200 without P&P...
please help me !!

I still have my parts 300 engine head but I cannot remember how bad it was damaged. It's the one I used for the parts comparison.

if it has not been totally mashed on the chamber side, it will do... a damaged valve seat or some crack around the spark plug could be repaired I guess even here...give it some inspection when you have the time and a couple of close-up pics would be great
still better than nothing ! I will be in debt !
You just sum up a total of the P&P+the cash for the head you are happy with and how you prefer I send it to you... if you agree I will pm you for a fully detailed address etc...

Eric I 've seen this ad and it has a really nice catchy... title!
they have plenty of engine parts but no engine HEAD...the photo on the ad shows the cylinder block but they've kept the word "head" because it will come up more often when looking for engine parts (especially heads)
anyway, I really appreciate your help and will send an e-mail to that seller but I am almost certain they won't split it
I don't know maybe if you gave it a try, it would be better...
Thank you for your help !

well Roland this was not bad luck... It was a combination of excessive enthusiasm and an unappropriate tool... and now instead of getting paid for too much work, I have to pay for the damage... and get a new tool !

I have someone who has a complete engine but he doesnt really want to split the engine up, thats why I was asking what price you were looking at so I could maybe convince him to split it up.

I dont know what a used 300 head goes for though

Plus I know shipping to Greece is pretty expensive at times!

well, it is tough for my already since I am really tight financially but given the situation (i have to replace it within the month otherwise I will have to split MY newly built engine and I definetely MUST avoid that) and if you can send it as light as possible (without cams, cam holders) so that he can get some more from that and if possible without any VAT stuff (I don't know if and how you could manage that, possibly with a "gift" notification), I would say about $250-300 without P&P expenses, given of course that the latter would not be over-rated...
if impossible to send as "gift", it would help a lot with taxes in Greece if at least it would be sent with a lowest purchase value possible (e.g. $50 or so) so that way I could spend more on the head than on taxes...
how does that sound ?
give it a try Shawn...
I really hope @cuong-nutz could help me out with a cheapest solution, if he could sent the head over here...
I could also sent over there some spare parts I have for free...
I have some 250's exhaust valves, TBs, crank, rod, front engine mount, good fuel pump along with housing etc
