I have already got all vacuum tubes connected to the gas tank and petcock :I I was thinking maybe one of the mystery lines were the overflow tube? Where is that connected too? The other one is connected too the t tubing, but all photos I've seen show where the bottom two tunes go (one goes to petcock, one goes Into carbs) but doesn't show where the central line comes from

Also the diagrams are for pre-gen '88-07 bikes. She's got a new-gen '08-12.

I think there's a new-gen diagram somewhere... back in bit...

Idle-adjuster goes underneath carbs to left side of bike.
You'll see wire loop (shepherd's crook) that holds a split grommit.
Shove cable into split in grommit.

This is vent tube for carbs. Dumps excess petrol in event of overflow.

It should go down between two rubber tubes between carbs down to centre of bike. Exit by rear shock next to crankcase vent tube and gas-tank vent tube

This air suction valve is located between cylinder-head valve-cover and frame.

Short big hose connects to valve cover.
Long big hose connects to airbox.
Medium small hose connects to... Yup... that right!
