Unhappy what a month.

last week I f-up my mustang trying to avoid a deer. today, my sis backed up her van and hit my rental car.
i wonder what will be next.

i will have to hold off on registering the ninja until next month.
running out of cash.
have to pay 500 deductible for the mustang and now i have to put money out of pocket to fix up the rental Charger.

Sounds like you need some magic dust from the good luck fairy. I know how you feel though. My suv has been at the dealership garage since 2 fridays ago. They finally found the problem and i have to wait till the end of the week for it to get fixed. Need to fix safety kickstand switch before i can ride again so no wheels. Took a quick ride to town last night with mom car after work to look for a new ride but the lots are almost empty. The new vehicles have been selling like hotcakes around here. And last but not least went to see my suv only to discover that when it was towed there it was missing a hubcap and three clips were torn off from my mudflap so it was hanging on by one clip. The tow company will be hearing from me after i have the dealership assess any other damage to my vehicle.

I wish you better luck. Hey if it was your sis who damaged the rental... Shouldn't she pay for it. Also check with you CC company. Most offer rental car insurance if it was placed on your card.

i think he meant to ask if i buy insurance from the rental place.
No, I didn't. So, now I have to go through my insurance.
I will have to bring the car to interprise. They will write up a report. I will have to give them a $500 deductible. They will file a claim with my sis's insurance. Once they receive the payment, they will reimburst me the $500.

Call your Credit Card Company and ask if they have rental car insurance. All of the cards in my wallet do. Or... Make your Sis pay the deposit if she is going to get it back. If it is her fault she needs to show some responsibility.

Driving a car (and riding a bike) is a previledge not a right.

Thanks for the info.
I'll call chase to see if they have rental car insurance.

I hope chase will have coverage and everything will sort itself out without costing you more money. Your luck will be changing. I remember someone telling me when things are going really really bad, it can't last forever and when things are going really really good, it can't last forever either so enjoy the good while it last. I think that was said by a person with bipolar.
