And about 132-135 lbs. I need to bulk up.

When I was lifting heavy and taking alot of protein I reached 196. Started to get some joint issues so I slacked off on the heavy lifting.

I don't work out and I eat nothing but garbage. I just don't gain weight. Though I do have a very active job. I spend quite a bit of time wrestling around 500+ pound sheets of steel at work.

5' 11"

Back in high school I weighed 125. I was insanely active. Just about everything I did involved cardio to some crazy degree.

About 4-years later I was doing some lifting and bulked up some to hit 145.

Now I do less cardio and less lifting and I am at 180. So I'm working on changing that to get down to about 160. Running or cycling with less weight means a faster runner/cyclist.
