Thanks mate!!!
Haha...You know a biscuit feels bad when ya set it on the table in front of some hungry folks and dunno body want none. I could probly check it more if it weren't crazy dark and I was home, with tools and lights an such. I checked it before I left florida, shoulda checked it better! It ain't to bad, just hope if I can't tighten the riser, the warranty will cover it. I'm wondering if I broke the bolts, or the threads in the tree. Hopefully it can be tightened up and be fine

Lol I was revving it in neutral (enjoying the lawnmower sound) right before I was about to ride it into the garage and clean it, and it popped out of neutral on its own somehow and shot forward, which threw me back causing me to grab on and open the throttle even more and I went head on into the wall lol. The tire marks were about a foot or two higher than they should have been on the wall so the only logical explanation was my very first wheelie!

I'd imagine the 250/300s are sturdy enough to take a drop, my handlebar came a little loose after that ordeal and just needed to be tightened up.

LoL! Sorry... just something you usually see in a video clip on funniest bloopers or something! Where did that wall come from?! Those darn walls!!!

Should be able to just tighten up the screws...

Haha and you wanted to keep this story all secret? I did about the same thing on a four wheeler once, sept it was in the woods and didn't hit nothing. I wound up standing up behind the stood up four wheeler hoping it didn't fall on me

I hope it just needs to be tightened, usually when I run into bolts they become loos like that, something is torn up in there, but I got my fingers crossed till I can give it a look in the light

It happens to the best of us. I dropped my pre gen a few times over the years. Once while I was just moving it around in the garage after I had a few too many beers. It usually just hurts your pride more than the bike.

I haven't dropped the 300 yet, as I have been extra careful since it's a new bike, but I did have a close call when I didn't put the kickstand down all the way. It took everything I had to keep it from falling.

and then there's the dirt bikes... Nobody cares if they fall over, it just adds to the battle scars.

Thumbs up

I don't see how the little tumble popped the screws loose, but seeing no internal damage that's just what happened. Blue loctite, a new lil dust cover (butterfingers), and the correct size Allen key an I'm in like Flynn

do you know how many times i have dropped bikes? too many times to count. the best ones are when it falls away from you and you are trying to pull it back... it gets to a point where it starts pivoting you... if you hang on you get thrown over the bike like a highside. i've done this awesome maneuver 3 times now. @Kevin2109 has seen it twice.

^ i haven't dropped my ninja yet but i have dropped my dirtbikes more times than i can count. The best is when you know what you are going to do is a bad idea but you do it anyway.

The other day i was cleaning the chain on my yz. My yard is at a slope and i always mount the bike off a bottom step of a set of stairs that is on the highside of the hill compared to bike. It makes it really easy to kick the bike over off the step as well. After i started it i was thinking about switching to the other side of the bike (lower side of hill) so i could power spin it around (180) so i was facing the other direction and i knew it was a terrible idea as i can barely touch the ground when on the bike on level ground with half a cheek on the seat. Regardless of me knowing it was a terrible idea i proceeded and sure enough i could not touch on that side and i fell along with the bike right in my back yard at a stand still.... awesome

Okay for those of you who want proof of my Ninja's durability.....

This is right after she kissed the wall. Shattered planter and broken wall trim and all!

Only damage other than my plastics getting f***ed was a slight bend in my forks

I don't have any pictures of the lowside damage on my pc but all it did was grind a hole in the corner of my fairing, on top of the cracks from the previous incident lol. And shred my left exhaust can, and break my turn signal into about 10 pieces. Still using the turn signal but it has about 10 layers of tape holding it together lol.... Patched up the fairing damage with gorilla glue and bondo too.

Also for the record my clutch lever never broke during any of this, it just got progressively more bent. My ex-gf dropped the bike two more times after all this and then it finally gave out and snapped. Haven't replaced that either lol... custom shorty!
