Best Service Manual?
Looking to buy a service manual for an '04.
Which one is the best to buy? Are they available from Kawasaki? Thanks. |

I haven't tried any others, but I think the Kawasaki one would be the best, after all, they made the bike. Look around on the net and you should be able to find a free download for it.

Manual
Go to Ebay and search for the manual for your bike. There are paper and CD manuals. Make sure you get the Kawasaki manual and NOT a Clymers. I got a CD for mine. The Kawasaki manuals have the best information. And BTW, Kawasaki is pretty tight about their inf0, so a free download might take longer to find than it is worth.

Yep a second vote for the factory manual, it is excellent.
Its a 2 parter with a supplement for the full fairing model including the jetting differences etc, these are they (don't know if the ad is current) http://www.sell.com/273RWM |

Clymer sells one that covers the F and J series (1988-2012). It's perfect for me because I have both.
