Smile New Monkey Suit

Well I got my suit in and it fits like a glove.... My legs are a bit beefy but I'm sure the thing will break in over time. When I do some riding in it I will give an update on my over impression but so far I am very impressed with the quality and build of the Held race suit.*

Thank to Jason at Sport Bike Track Gear or helping me out with all my gear!*

Umm is this a tuck or dump position???

The under suit makes things a whole lot easier but it was still interesting putting the suit on. I think I almost dislocated my shoulder at one point.*

I think it's closer to the dump position than tuck

Nice suit by the way

isnt a monkey suit what you wear to do mechanic work in so you spill oil on that instead of your nice leathers?

I picked it up for $1050 it retails for $1299. My first choice was a Heroic suit but the owner is a one man band so his customer service is not that great. I decided on the suit based off of video reviews and Held's reputation. Also, the look played a major part in my decision as I wanted a white/black and did not want to look like a killer whale.

The suit is 40% kangaroo which is awesome for the price It also came with a level 2 back protector, major bonus. If I didn't get the Held suit I would have gone with an RS Tiachi

I only got a one piece because im going to start doing track days... Wearing one just to ride on the street would be too much work IMO, unless your really into carving up the canyons.

You should think about getting a dark smoke visor. But if you're short on cash make sure you can fit sunglasses in that helmet of yours.
