Twist of the Wrist VOL2 DVD

I'm sure it's been mentioned before, but it has to be said again: Go watch it. The production values are so-so, but the knowledge contained in it is gold. I'm almost embarrassed by how much it corrected some of my poor riding habits

If you're a poor starving student, and can't afford the DVD, the interwebs offer plenty of ways of obtaining it, just be sure to buy it later when you have funds

Basically everything that is in the video is in the book. There are a lot more details in the book but takes longer to go through

No, but the both are valuable. The video shows the skills and concepts in action and gives demonstrations. The book explains procedures and sometimes step-by-step explanations that can be highlighted and easily revisited in a book but overlooked in a long video. I've read and watched both several times and get something new out of them each time.
