In your friends defense, I live in Tulsa and I rarely see anyone ATGATT. The occasional rider on the highways will be fully dressed; but city streets especially this summer, a helmet is a rare sight.

Most people on sport bikes are wearing a backwards ball cap and sunglasses, most cruisers opt out of wearing a ball cap.

I should start capturing pictures of some of the squids on cruisers, I live next door to one of their feeding grounds and I can pick the off from my front porch.

Could be lol. Sorry my train of thought meant to state it's easy to not be a squid once you learn the hard way. i.e. you wreck once you wear the right **** from there on out.

I was literally JUST looking at your crash thread. I've wrecked twice now, both times if it weren't for my jacket I would've had bad road rash on my arms. Does good for the skin, not the bones.

If I get adamantium then Magneto would be able to pick me up. Titanium is immune to magnetic fields.

the chance of encountering a super human mutant villian with magnetic manipulation powers is low.

if you actually encountered one, him picking you up is the least of your worries.

Wow, this thread is hilarious! Not sure if it’s fair for me to play though. I’m in S.C. and ‘round here I get strange looks because I ride with full gear. If I took pics of all the squids I see on a daily basis we’ll be at 100 pages in no time.

Video Count? (if not I'll remove), dual squids, more flesh than clothes, but hey they did have sneakers and helmets.

No pictures, I realize I fail. But...

We're in Miami Beach this weekend, and it is squid central. A million people tooling around on scooters, but also some full-size bikes, with not a lick of gear to be seen. I was out two nights ago picking up groceries (exciting, I know), and while waiting at a light a guy on a scooter made a fast left turn in front of me, while holding a cell phone up to his left ear. Good thing that bike doesn't require a left-hand clutch!

A buddy of mine told me that someone at his work would pick up lunch at Chipotle for four people (including drinks) on his stretched ZX-9. I guesss you could do it on a big flat tank if you took the corners easy.

That's nothing. I picked up subs, drinks, and chips for 6 one day at work. It all fit in my back pack. Bottles of drinks went in my jacket
