Makes it a good option since you can't powder the fairings then huh?

Yeah I might try that. Im just debating because I already have some jet black paint from when I did my 250... I like not paying again. haha But I think I like the satin black better. I have to keep costs low because I have a FAT list of stuff to do. Not sure what Im going to do first. Ill have to copy my post over another forum.

Also going to be working on a custom exhaust. Its gonna look kinda like this

then we are going to try and sell them If we can make some money we might try and do something for the 250. I dont know about undertail though. I dont think people would want to pay what it would cost us to make those.

You know that bike you posted with the yellow wheels, it's done in SEM Hotrod black. So... it was a perfect example of what I was trying to convey with the Nova lol

Did you decide on the powdercoat color for the swing arm/pegs/wheels yet?

Yeah I think im going to do that neon yellow. The swing arm is just going to be down low gloss black. Right now the paint has chipped so really Im just cleaning it up. I cant go neon on that if I do neon on the wheels. It would be too much.

I have rearsets, so Ill keep them black. Ill do the mounts for the passenger pegs low gloss black, but the actual pegs Neon yellow. I think that will mix it up nicely.

I like the orange, but even though it is bright I feel like black and orange is too halloweenish.

This is still all pretty premature though. I HAVE green powder, and HAVE jet black paint. So there is always a chance that I will just do that since Ive already paid for it at some point.

I'm not exactly what you would call a paint expert and all, but is there some way to dim the gloss effect of a paint?

I was wrong you can. My uncle looked at me like a dummy and told me "yeah just add a flattening agent". So I might try that. He told me I have to learn to paint myself. lol

Im leaning towards actually doing a CF wrap right now... While it wont be "easier" per say. But it wont be permanent. I will still PC my wheels because even though thats permanent I would have zero problems trading with someone and making a little $$ down the road.

Yep! Might wrap the plastics sooner than doing the wheels. I probably wont do the wheels until winter when I have the bike in the garage. The plastics I can take off and work on randomly through the summer whenever my buddy wants to help me...

Eh, the whole plastidip everything craze is getting a bit old. I think he's looking for a slightly higher quality job. I know it holds up, and you can just peel it etc.

Front looks like a 14R. Tail says 10R. The rest of the bike looks like a 10R with the exception of the swing arm, and those things on the cutout of the fairings, which look like their from a 14R. All in all, looks like a photo chop.

I know it looks pretty "rice" on this car, but the color combo would look pretty nice on the bike. I believe the color is "cement".

I think im going to try plasti-dip first. Why? because its not permanent, and because I can test out color combos and switch them out on the cheap. The first combo is the one Ive been saying im going to do. matte black, and neon yellow.

forgot to update this. This picture sucks thought. I will take a better one soon.

The wheels suck. I tried to do them before bike night and in the heat. So I paid the price and not they are all textured. Sucks too cause that paint wasnt very cheap

Shipping from FL sucks.

Im debating on buying a case of all the blaze colors to have on hand and having people pay me to dip their wheels and stuff....
