Burn Some Rubber

My ninjette needs tyre change, but there's some left from the standard rubbers, for a few hundred miles left. Decided to ride to a tourist's attraction place called Cameron Highlands. You can read all about it here :https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Camero...lands_District

My journey starts around 1500 hrs since I had to drive my wife and accompany her during work (visit patients for post natal) and it was dark when I headed home. Below are some pictures :

Taking a selfie before starts journey...

Stopped on one of the rivers there and saw this family was having a fun time. I wish I have brought my wet clothes with me...

That's it! Almost there!

A Dam construction right before my objective. Caused a flash flood once in 2014.

Tea farm owned by Bharat Tea Estate. There is a story revolves this estate, however I cannot authenticate the story since there is no documented articles regarding it, therefore better not say anything about it...

Finally.. the top! Pheeww...!!! The sign reads "Welcome to Tanah Rata, Cameron Highlands".

Thanks Jim. It is a good place indeed. Lots of rain to play with especially when it monsoon season.

Yup... There are two tea farms over here. One is the Cameron Valley tea farm (which picture I posted) another one is the "Boh tea farm" which is owned by Boh Plantation Pte Ltd.

the tea brand "Boh" is available at any supermarket in Malaysia, however for the "Cameron Valley" brand is exclusively for Cameron Highland's distribution. You could buy it by either going there or ordering it online.
