Looking to buy a used 250r 08+

Hi guys and girls, I am new to the forum. I am looking to buy a used 250 as my first bike, is there any pointers or anything to look out for on this particular bike?
Also, is 19000km too high mileage on a 09 250r?

$4000+plus crating and shipping for my 2010. Plasma Blue, has frame sliders, swing arm spools, full Roaring Toyz lowering kit, K&N filter, 2179 miles. Monkey intergrated tail light and all stock parts. :]

I bought my 08 for 3000 Canadian with 16XXX KM, came with one frame slider...don't ask, I have no idea what they did with the other. Solo seat cowl and rim tape (cheap, but awesome extra) Minor cosmetic damage on both front signals.

But overall the bike is running like new! SO much fun!
So now my bike has an extra 2500km on since I got it and it's still running perfect!
So 19XXX isn't to high IMO and it will last you for a LONG time if you take care of it!

i bought mine with 1600 miles at 3300 and always try to bring them down a couple hundred bucks because most people will be willing to go down a little bit just to get it sold. thats what happened with mine
