Ninja 250 08-12 Rear Captive Spacers

$40 shipped for 1 set of the rear captive spacers.

Will have more available to ship out Monday morning (2/3).

Paypal is preferred payment method. (Andrew.collins556@gmail.com)

Can also pick up locally.

See the thread below for more information, front spacers are in the works along with an axle assist pin, like seen in the thread. (Canceled)

Link

A member with a 300 was sent a set to test, judging from the part numbers and pictures they look to be the same but will have a definitive answer soon if they will work on the 300's.

Video of the prototypes in action.

Link to original page on YouTube.
Thanks,

Andrew

So since this thread is only 15 months old I imagine it's safe to assume there are plenty more of these available?

I also made a few front spacers (not captive) to replace the speedo sensor. I am testing these at my next race event in 2 week.

I know of at least 1 guy that wants one, they are going to be $15 shipped if anyone else is interseted.

OK, I am interested in getting a couple for two different bikes. So what makes these captive and how would I take them back out when I need to replace my bearings?

Flange on the spacer locks into the dust seal. They are not overly difficult to remove and they don't destroy the dust seal. I use a pick and apply a little pressure and they come out.

The front spacer is not captive.

Example of one I made for my RC390.

Are you making spacers for RC390 for others?

I have friends that are buying those bikes up to race and they'd probably be interested.

Did you ever get a conclusion on the 300 fit?
