Air Filters?

Are air filters worth it? I know on cars I would install them but on a bike?

This seems to be the air filter mod of choice.

Have you pulled your snorkel yet. That might be a place to start.

That filter you showed, looks just like the same spongelike material so I don't know how much better it really would be.

Pods would be better(depending on who you ask) performance wise but the installation and removing the air box is a PITA.

If you want a drop in filter...read up on this thread http://www.ninjette.org/forums/showt...ht=drop+filter

May find the answer you are looking for.

There are 3 drop in I am aware of for the New 250. The BMC $65, the KN $60, and the JFC $45. All contain the same cloth just different colors and slightly different outter caseings
