WTB: CE Approved Armor

I wanna double up on the armor in my jacket. I already have some good CE approved armor in there, but I could fit more in.

I don't care if it's been wrecked in before as long as it's in reasonably good condition, seeing as how this armor would only add on to the armor I already have. If you did manage to really smack a particular piece of armor when you went down, I'd like to know.

Shoot me some offers in PM or reply or whatever

Don't have any to spare, but...

Are you sure extra armor will fit in the pockets? I'd be surprised if it did.

Most elbow and shoulder armor is symmetrical. Try taking the armor out of one side of the jacket and doubling up on the other side to see if you can.

Also...

If you've really got the room for two sets of armor, your gear must be VERY loose. Are you sure you're wearing the right size jacket? This stuff is supposed fit closely, because that's what keeps the armor in place.

Extra armor won't do you any good if it moves away from the parts of your body you're trying to protect the moment you hit the pavement.

Why would you want to double armor? if you are going to fill the extra space, use some sort of padding. armor will just make more difficult to move.

I do have the room, and my gear is too loose. That's the point of doubling up.

Does it not make more sense to spend money on gear that fits? Just asking.

I highly recommend getting gear that fits instead. Loose gear isn't going to hold up well in a crash. Maybe try to find someone who would trade with you here or on Craigslist.

My car is exploding, I have little money, and I need to get my bike back together before my car disintegrates. It makes enough sense at this moment in time. Besides, its not like its super loose. And, yeah, it would be a little stiff moving around with extra armor, but I think it wouldnt be bad enough to where it was either excessively uncomfortable or a safety hazard. I have tried looking around for a switcharoo but nobody here wears gear lol.

We wear gear, proper fitting gear that we don't want to part with. Seriously look for some foam padding to fill the spaces.
