My 94 Fireblade

I got it sometime in July I saw the dual lights and never looked back. I love old motorcycles with dual lights such as 92 ZX7R/ 90 FZR 600.

This CBR has full exhaust & stage 2 jet kit. The bike idles well and pretty light for it's size and era. I already took care of the consumables and stocked up on OEM parts. My only plan on it outside typical maintenance is to locate a clean OEM rear fender and possibly have it repainted a 93 original paint scheme.

I still have my Legendary to me 08 N250. That bike is not going anywhere. That 1/4 liter canyon carving machine made me the rider that I am today; and when that 250 engine dies I have a 09 motor with 10k miles sitting pretty in my storage hahaha. Looking to get into dirt in the near future..maybe WR250R.

Congrats!
Looks nice.
I also like the dual headlighted bikes.
Saw a ZX7R for sale the other day and almost stopped.

Have fun and ride safe.
Picking up my ZRX with new tires tonight.
That's like getting a new bike

^ Thanks, BTW that picture is the 93 color scheme which is my favorite. So far the bike is great plenty of power but lack of tire selections for the front wheel compared to the rear wheel. The first owner had it geared down to a point that it can power wheelie on 2nd gear so I ended up bringing it closer to stock gearing to bring back the top end. I almost got an 86 GPZ1000 but the seller decided to keep the bike.

I was trying to ride my Ninja the other day, but my Dad is currently having too much fun with it that it ended up in his garage. In other words, I'm gonna have to buy a Ninja 300 or 400 in the near future to compensate for not having the 250.

damn dads!!!

Easy 17" front-wheel conversion is to use '96-98 CBR600-F3 front wheels. Re-use CBR900RR brake-rotors, axle and spacers. I'm not sure about speedo drive, I think 900 unit will transfer over.

I did similar swap with my VF500 using 17" CBR600-F2 wheels to replace original 16/18" ones.

Thanks for confirming that! I read about it in the Fireblade forum but was kind of hesitant to do, but now I'm looking to shop for an F3 wheel. I'm hoping the speedo drive will be a minor issue.

Well, unless you plan on running large variety of rubbers, limited selection in 16” still offers great choices. Bridgestone BT-46 is awesome street tyre that’ll handle track duty easily. Or Bridgestone S21 or Avon AV79 will be great for track use.

That is definitely a nice Fireblade! It's hard to find them in good condition. There's a few out of state Blades for $7-8 with original rear fenders.

Regarding front tires, I ordered a set of S21 while they are still available. I think they came out 4 years ago it won't be long before they get discontinued. There's also the Sportec M3 I'm hoping they will still be around those two are like the only matching sets around that I know. BT-46? I'll check that out .

I just came back from a long ride I rented a Ninja 400 today unlimited miles for $200. After 3-4 hours of riding the bike gave a good impression. The torque, weight, and ergonomics was ahead of the 250. There's no comparison, although the rear tire could be narrower, maybe it was just over inflated. The tank is a little high but great bike overall. I'm not getting the 250 back anytime soon and the 400 is looking good right now.
