Two Bros. slip-on is for sure my favorite. Sounds mean and, in conjunction with the jet kit, gets a little extra *zip* as well.

My favorite mod has to be the Area P Quiet Core full exhaust. Now the bike performs better and actualy sounds like a motorcycle instead of a lawnmower.

Removing the rear fender and replacing it with a Projekt D fender delete kit.

Who ever though it was a good idea to put that gawdy piece of plastic that went half way down the rear tire should be fired.

thats the stock rear tire, but jstrain has a 150 on his stock rim and it FITS. so i will make the switch when i need new tires.

the woodcrafts i got from richard at hotmotostore.com hes also a member of the forum. he sells them for $162 the cheapest you will find anywhere and that includes the shipping. they are specially made to fit the 250 with JUST enuff clearance for the bars over the fairing.

http://www.hotmotostore.com/Woodcraf...pons_p_16.html

youve got the rearsets (which look great btw) now complete the job w the clip ons!

yea i didnt think a 150 would fit on our stock rims but jstrains does, just barely... it almost touches the chain guard. do u have any rubbing issues?

The BT016s and the Michelin Pilot Powers have no issues rubbing.

The BT003s have some issues.

I'm running a 120/70/17 Front and 150/60/17 rear on my 2010. I went with the 150/60 instead of 150/70 to keep the rear tire close to the same size as stock. I'm running Michelin Pilot Power's. Have had them for about 600 miles now. The bike doesn't feel any less maneuverable or nimble than it was before.

I will say that the wider tires made it more comfortable and stable to ride on the interstate. They seem to be a little softer and absorb bumps in the road better than my stock tires did.

I upgraded because I got a nail in my rear tire and I'm not chancing patching a tire on motorcycle. I went through every book the dealer had and the Pilot Power's were the only tires I could find that had a 150/60/17 rear available. After a 15% discount I paid just short of $300 for the tires and another $80 for them to mount/balance.

I LOVE THE COLOR OF YOUR BIKE. I wish I got a blue one.

I want some fully auto ak's welded onto my frame with the triggers on the handle bars. And a gun safe bolted on to pack my glock 19 that I haven't bought yet.

I like my flush mount turn signals that don't work.

New to this forum here, figured i could use some more focued 250 talk. I got a Kawi Green 2008 Ninja 250 a few weeks ago as my first bike and already doing some mods to it myself. Got a Factory Pro S1 jet kit, Koso RX-2 GP dash with adapter board, green gel grips, WC clip ons, Yoshi TRC slip on and green levers. Next upgrade is a new damn seat, stock is so uncomfortable! Picture is just stock with Yoshi exhaust. will definitely upload new pics once all my upgrades are on next week!

For the Fumoto valve, get # F-109. Amazon seems to have the best price
http://www.amazon.com/Fumoto-F-109-E...5251352&sr=8-2
Info. on the valve at: http://www.fumotousa.com/main.htm
For the new-gen, you need to install it in the "old" drain location since it hits the housing at the "new" drain hole.

For the Bergmen spin on adaptor, buy at: http://www.murphskits.com/catalog/pr...roducts_id=145
It''s not cheap at $122, but it is a quality product and is worth every penny IMO.
