Demand.
Get the brt or jettingpro. I liked both but I prefer the brt. |

I do know the 250 ninja has a lot of emf interference. And the pick up has an odd output com paired to others. But BRT seems to have overcome the problems. So must be demand.

@Lucagst, maybe this is the best way to go http://ecotrons.com/Kawasaki_Ninja_250cc_EFI_kit.html
With this kit you get a cdi in which you're able to adjust everything you need, but since idk all about you should talk to @choneofakind, since he knows all about it. Good luck. |

BRT would be simpler to get consistent performance. The ecotrons kit is pretty sweet, but it's not as polished as it should be. Carbs really aren't that bad.

thank you all for the fast reply. I ask because since I bought a new 2012 ninja 250r with less than 3 miles on the tachometer needle began jumping and got worse when it got hot, now that the cold here in New York as arrived, the tachometer needle still jumps as if it were still hot.I know that the problem is the cdi,and I'm not the only one to have this problem. then if change the cdi the problem goes away, but the only ones I see are the brt and jetting pro cdi and are not local buy neither so I'm trying to investigate to find the best option.

I have used the BRT since ,09 and it has been flawless. I could not tune without it. The 250 ninja puts out a funny signal. I talked to the other manufactures they had no way of dealing with it. That is what led me to adapt the first gen CDI to my ,2008. There is something with the EMF output also.

oh, well what does the stock timing curve look like, its obvious that the additional timing up top seems to help though. what CDI is this dyno for?
