Ninja 250 won't start! please help me!
My 2009 ninja 250 won't start. It started 2 hours ago but went to start it again it didn start. I can bumb start it and get it going that way , the engine and transmission all sound normal. When I press the start button it feels as its not working! please help.:

Your starter button probably broke. Or some of the wires from the button are loose. I doubt you starter motor needs replacing since you say the button feels different.

Your battery is most likely dead. If you can bump start it, it means your start button is OK (and generally means the electrical portions are fine as well). Even though the lights come on, it doesn't have enough juice to crank the engine. You will notice the lights on your dash dim as you press the button, but nothing else will happen.

Push starting has nothing to do with the start button.
