Will this kit work on an '06? I've been interested in this kit for a long time and now my carbs took a dump and I've been desperate to get a kit

Also is it gen 2 or gen 1? How many miles since install?

From what I've read it should work for the pre-gens with a slight modification to the fuel return but no guarantees since I had an 09. This is a gen 1 but the throttle body/manifold was replaced with the newer model. I don't remember how many miles I've had on it.
