Need help!!

I just finished doing my first DIY oil change. Put the new oil and filter in. Put 2quarts in right off the bat and tried to start the bike and wouldn't start up. Drained a little bit of the oil and it still wont start up. All was working good yesterday and just want to get back on the road. Please help

Gas in the tank?

Gas is in the tank, kill switch flipped and everything else is okay. Just won't turn over the starter won't fire up the engine

Pretty strange, at the most it should be 1.9 quarts

I'm sure I didn't get all 2.0 quarts in there, some remained in the bottles, lost some from pouring it down this stupidly long funnel as well.

Well thats not 2 quarts then I think the bikes actual oil capacity to hit the correct spot on the line is 1.7, it may sound like splitting hairs but 2 quarts is just going to be too much oil which can be bad.

IIRC, its 1.4 quarts of oil without changing the filter or 1.7 quarts with changing the filter

Tried it with the push start and also full choke... no luck.
I drained all the oil and put it back in and now looks to be more like the appropriate level. Still not starting and sounds like battery is dieing from to many tries. Any other ideas. It sounds like it wants to get going but just cant.

So i tried it again this morning after having it on the battery tender for 2hrs and it starts right up but at about 6000rpm. also i look at the oil gauge and it says that it is empty. so i figure the bike has to be warmed up since there was frost on the bike and then the oil level will return to normal. After riding it up and down the street in 2nd gear i turn it off. The oil gauge is still showing empty and the bike will not start up again. NEED HELP BAD!!

could the problem be fixed by a good fuel system cleaner? The history of the bike is that it sat for a long time and i bought it in august after it had been cleaned and gotten running again. Put about 600miles on it since i bought it and thats y im doing the oil change
