Mellow compared to the dubstep I normally listen to, but very soothing I'd have to say. Good find, I enjoyed it

Great track, but it's not truly dubstep. The term dubstep has been used very loosely since the genre was popularized (read: Brostep) in the US. But you're in the UK - the Mecca of EDM (and especially dubstep) so I expect you to know the difference.

This is really more downtempo "chill out" or dubtronica.

Are we turning this into a favorite dubstep thread? One of my personal favorites, unsure if it's the song itself, the amazing dancing, or a combination of the two

P.S. It's epic in 1080 full screen, just saying

LMAO: love the picture.

Sorry Kevin. It's the right time of year to ask me, but you haven't completed the selection ritual yet:

Quote:
squirrels will mate in the late winter or early spring. This mating ritual willing began with a chase, where several males compete for one female. The males will chase each other through the trees jumping from branch to branch. The female will watch and then choose the male she believes is the strongest. That male will follow her until she is ready to mate

That video inevitably makes me think of this one:

Obviously they're in the same channel, but still. Probably the best dancing I've ever seen.

I just bring it up because if I'm not mistaken he's the dancer on the left in the video that Scatt posted.

I believe you are correct, I've heard the same thing from somewhere, that he's in Remote Kontrol at least, as to which of the two taller guys he is, I have no clue.

@Scattcatt: I liked the second one. Found myself dancing around my apartment to it lol. The first one felt a bit wrong. I feel like if someone's going to remix Beethoven, anything short of a perfect remix should be lumped into the "bastardization" category

He he. I've never played Zelda before. I watched other people playing it though and it was visually quite pretty. It looked a bit annoying from my outside perspective: some of the things you had to do were so obscure: it didn't look like you could figure them out by applying rational thinking to the problems. It looked like you had to just try every combination of random actions until you found one combo that worked! I've never played it though, so I could be wrong. Either way: <3 those songs!

That's one of the only games I still have with my Nintendo 64, I refuse to get rid of the whole system just for that game though the last time I turned it on was a good 8 years ago or so lol. I say without hesitation that was the best game of the era. I'll be the first to admit that you are correct with some of the parts being extremely difficult though, I eventually had to break out a guide to help in some parts. Oh and I'm still listening through my whole dubstep collection waiting for another song to catch my attention enough for me to want to post it up on here

Bought this album when I was on deployment in 2011. I loved England, had a blast in Portsmouth and London, got some good Techno. I love it and still listen to it constantly.

Dub step tracks are usually (but not always) remixes and they generally sound like someone has recorded the noises created by a malfunctioning, lumbering, angry robot as it strides through a war torn city.
