Flush mount turn signals
Has anyone found a set that works? I'm trying to spend under $50 and I dont mind modifying the bike... Just looking for something easy.
Thanks! |

The search function is your friend (found on the forum tool bar just below your user stats) No worries though, just a matter of getting more familiar with the site. There's lots of flush mount threads in the 2008+ farkles section waiting to be found.
But here's a few links for flushmounts for the front signals that we know work. DIY - Mod the stock signals to flush: Costs ~$0 but involves some fairly permanent modifications to the bike and your stock signals http://www.ninjette.org/forums/showthread.php?t=19043 Protons: A bit outside your price range, but they're good signals. The DIY looks a lot more complicated than it really is. I just went overboard because I prefer reversible mods. http://www.ninjette.org/forums/showthread.php?t=36477 Bikelitez: This set isn't great but it's cheap: http://www.ninjette.org/forums/showthread.php?t=2098 Associated thread: couple other kinds listed in here http://www.ninjette.org/forums/showthread.php?t=12454

go with the DIY option, it's easy, free, and looks great. just takes a little patience.

I just posted a video of mine in the group buy thread.
http://www.ninjette.org/forums/showthread.php?t=73710 I definitely spent less than $50, I think actually it was less than $25. but I had the stuff to make them work laying around. |
