Looking for a 335cc Power Commander FC map

Hi, I was wondering if any of you guys have a map that could bring me close / safe (I will still do dyno tuning) to around 13:1 afr?

If not, I also bought a AFR. Can somebody help me with what the map should look like, I have a Power Commander FC.

335 / 296 = +/- 13.2%so, is there a quick way for me to add that value overall in the table?

I just want the bike to be safe to run on the dyno for the fine tuning.

To get the % increase for the extra air volume, you need to know the current duty cycle for the injectors. The FC has manual adjust settings, just add 10% at all 3 areas & take it from there. Note that Kawasaki injector harnesses don't have defined polarity, so if they don't work, just reverse the cables in the connector. I had a single when I first fitted mine, before I learned this trick!

My ECU is flashed and well calibrated for my exhaust and air filter. So, if I correctly understood what you said, I could build a base map that has 10 in each cells? I want my tune to be on a map and not on the 3 adjusters.

I will check that with my AFR Gauge (roughly) to make sure i'm not way too lean or rich.

I thought you were just worried about running the engine before dyno tuning & I was referring to the manual dials on the FC. If you have an external AFR meter then just ride it & adjust as you go.

All piggyback fuel modules use ECU cycle +/- x% Add/remove from whatever the ECU duty cycle is. So say ECU sends 75@x/rpm then you add x% to increase fuel. As you have no way to know what numbers a flashed ECU is sending then you can only add x% and measure the result on AFR meter.

If you have flashed ECU why not just get that setup on dyno again ?

Remember engines will NOT self destruct if AFR is off unless you keep running it like that & they take time to warm up too, so a minute or two with no coolant won't damage a water cooled engine, think how air cooling works !

I sent the ecu to the US to get it flashed and I asked the guy and he won't adjust it that far without having the bike on hang.

Also, it is a track only bike so "riding" is more complicated.

I would like to get close before the dyno tuning, not perfect.

I can understand if it wad a remote reflash. Can't you find a local place to do it ?
If you have an AFR meter just work from that, I did that on one of my other bikes, just made mental note when riding what the AFR was showing & adjusted fuelling until it was where I wanted it.

While I was searching for E85 injectors, I found that 07-12 zx-6r injectors are almost exactly the right fit for the 66mm 335cc kit for regular fuel. I also have a set of 08 zx-10r injectors if I decide to go E85. It should put me close to the right values. I also have a ex650 fuel pump already (fits the efi 250 tank). I just bought a set of 4 on eBay.

EAT-811 = 175cc/min @ 43psi
EAT-288 = 200cc/min @ 43psi (2008 ZX-6R)

335cc / 296cc = +13.2%
200cc / 175cc = +14.3%
