How much $$$ have you wasted on your ninjette?

Just wondering what all you other fools with no self control have spent on your bikes. I know a lot of you go crazy with the mods (raises hand)

Count anything that you have added or altered on your bike, don't count maintanence stuff. For example, if you bought a colored chain you would add that, but if you bought a replacement chain because yours wore out you would not add that. Understand? Alright lets go!

List your mods with prices if you want.

Currently I'm at $1700 and it doesn't even look that good

It's depressing you made me just think about all the money I've spent... I'd estimate around 2800$

1. Galfer SS brake Line
2. Driven Clip Ons
3. Slingshot Racing preload adjusters
4. racetech springs
5. racetech gold valve emulators
6. Stomp Grip traction pads
7. Pro Grip tank pad
8. Pro Grip gel grips
9. bohemian racing rear sets
10. area p high mount race exhaust
11. dynojet jet kit
12. the2wheels levers
13. k&n filters (crank case breather + airbox replacement)
14. armour bodies supersport fairings
15. paint

Probably missing something here...

I made money on mine and there isn't a catagory for that. This is discrimination at the highest level. If I was a lawyer I would be riding that new Honda race replica from the settlement I got after I won it court on a frivolous law suit.

Around $800, the Area-P race exhaust took up a large chunk of that. Only other things I've added are Spiegler SS brake lines and Woodcraft clip-ons.

I don't want to think about it.

I bought the bike for 1600. I'm well into the nearly-2000 range on mods alone I think Whatever, my bike rocks!

EDIT: for reference, my mod list is in my signature. Feel free to peruse and be jelly. Maybe I'm over 2000? Still worth it. The bike is completely mine.

Nada. All parts added so far have come off of prior bikes (free), and new tires don't count.

the gauge was only like 275, the adapter board and plug n play kit made it incredibly stupid easy to install so it was worth the extra money imo

Sorta. Koso's are cool looking, but not something I would buy because they change colors and I wouldn't want that to happen while riding. It would bug me hardcore and distract me from my riding.

Every time I thought about spending money on the 250, I just decided to save that money toward a new bike. So far though, I haven't 'passed up' enough mods to upgrade!

I was doing the same thing. Now that I have my 2nd bike, I'll start to waste money on the ninjette.
